5 Ways to Style a White Summer Dress Modestly
Sometimes, the best way to make use of your clothes is finding different ways to style it out and so today, I share 5 ways to style a white summer dress. I wanted to share different occasions for each outfit, featuring everyday, sporty, business, daytime and evening wear. The dress in question for my inspiration is from Nasty Gal which is currently on sale and can be purchased here.
Outfit 1: Everyday
The idea behind this outfit is so it can be worn if you're in a rush or keeping it quite casual. For me to wear this dress modestly, I have to pair it with a long sleeved top and leggings which can easily be purchased from Primark as they do different styles and colours that can be found to match anything you want it to and of course, as it is summer, I pair the dress with a pair of small heeled sandals that I know is comfortable for travel and just to wear day to day.
Outfit 2: Casual Sporty
This outfit is perfect for sightseeing and exploring. I've added an Adidas hoodie and worn white Adidas trainers to keep it casual but comfortable for travelling. It still looks good without looking out of place.

Outfit 3: Business
To begin with, I decided that a belt was essential around the way to cinch in the flowy-ness of the dress and give it more of dimension. I added my Armani Exchange blazer which is perfect for a professional feel and added a cute Zara quilted bag to the look. For heels, I matched the blazer by wearing some Clarks heels that has a metallic effect to it. I love this look as it is smart and perfect for an interview or a meeting and can easily be worn to a lunch date as well.

Outfit 4: Daytime
The only changes I made for this outfit is the headscarf which you can buy from White chapel, or East London. The long kimono which was also a White chapel market purchase and finally some dressier shoes paired with a nice clutch bag and a little accessory.
Outfit 5: Evening
The last outfit is more for evening wear and as you can see, the statement pieces are the shoes and heels which are yellow! I also changed the belt around the waist to a slimmer one and just threw on a Zara blazer around the shoulders.
